We cordially invite you and your family to Rudas Bistro’s exclusive 20th of August celebration, where we will celebrate the day of the foundation of Hungary with an unparalleled view, special gastronomic experiences and live music.

Program:

  • 18:30 – Doors opening
  • 19:00 – Serving buffet dinner
  • 21:00 – Watch fireworks from our private terrace overlooking Elisabeth Bridge and Liberty Bridge
  • After 21:00 – Live music and dance with musician Tibor Várkonyi
  • 00:00 – Closing of the programme

Upon arrival we treat our guests with a glass of Hungária Extra Dry sparkling wine, non-alcoholic champagne or homemade lemonade.

Ticket prices:

  • Adult: 89 €
  • Child (up to 14 years): 74 €

 

Festive Buffet Dinner:

Appetizers:

  • Paprika and salami canapé with marinated paprika
  • Goat cheese cream with peaches and eggplant cream with spring onions in a glass
  • Grilled prawn salad
  • Gourmet Hungarian tartar rustic baguette
  • Mini pancake pancakes with sour cream


Main courses:

  • BBQ pork sausage with roasted red peppers and salt potatoes
  • Butter fried farmhouse chicken breast with grilled vegetables, sweet corn sauce
  • Sautéed pork tenderloin with Brasov potatoes
  • Basil and tomato riminesi, with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan
  • Confit duck leg with sautéed cabbage and onion potatoes, apple jus
  • Classic breaded chicken breast with fresh lemon, homemade tartar sauce


Side dishes and salads:

  • Potatoes roasted in salt
  • Fragrant jasmine rice
  • Grilled vegetables with cauliflower
  • Mixed leaf salad with raspberry-balsamic dressing


Desserts:

  • Somlói dumplings with golden crème
  • Mango and cottage cheese pie with vanilla cream
